What materials are used in Oscalito garments?

We exclusively use high-quality natural fibers including Egyptian Filoscozia cotton, pure silk, Australian Merino wool, and cashmere to ensure breathability and comfort.

How should I care for my delicate knitwear?

To preserve the lifespan of your garments, we recommend hand washing in lukewarm water with a neutral detergent or using a delicate machine cycle at 30°C inside a mesh bag.

Where are Oscalito products manufactured?

Every piece is 100% Made in Italy. Our entire production cycle, from design to finishing, takes place in our Turin atelier to maintain the highest craftsmanship standards.

What is your shipping policy for international orders?

We ship worldwide via express courier. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on the destination, and tracking information is provided once the order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You may return any unworn item with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or size exchange, excluding intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
